<p>There are those of us who are gym rats and just can&#8217;t stay away because of the amazing physical and health benefits gym life comes with. Then there are those of us&#8211;much like myself&#8211;who only go to the gym the night before that major pool party or beach trip, and then get mad and unmotivated when we don&#8217;t see results in that time frame.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m just saying&#8211;how many times have you fiened over someone&#8217;s body when scrolling down your timeline all while complaining about why you can&#8217;t look like a snack either. Meanwhile, all this is happening as you snack on hot Cheetos in your bed. No? That&#8217;s just me? K.</p>
<p>Anyhow, summer is approaching and people are therefore kicking a** in the gym to get their summer bodies snatched!</p>
