Let’s start off by saying that after you watch this video there is only one thing left to do: give Beyonce her props.
It was a unique idea and unlike anything we’ve EVER seen before.
What made the video so hot was the fact that it had a “homemade-spontaneous” vibe to it. It seems like Beyonce went and gathered her girlfriends and said, “Gwurls, let’s drank and record this 7/11 video real quick!”
We know that wasn’t the case though, every detail in this video was planned. The choreography, the wardrobe, and the setting was put together in advance.
The fact that her hotel room was a mess made the video ten times better! Do you know how many girls are going to recreate this whole video? It’s so easy to recreate, especially during the holidays when your fam and friends come to visit!
This is why Bey is a genius and a trendsetter. People are more interested in reality TV than scripted shows now-a-days. Why wouldn’t people be more interested in videos that look more “real” as oppose to professional videos that we barely watch anymore?
