#Roommates, it’s only been a few days since #PushaT has released his new album #Daytona, but it’s already making headlines for other reasons besides the music. To everyone’s surprise, the album art is a photo of the late #WhitneyHouston’s bathroom before she passed.
According to @People, one of Whitney Houston’s cousins has since spoken out on the family’s behalf and let’s just say they aren’t too pleased. #DamonElliott who is the son of #DionneWarwick said: “To do something for a publicity stunt to sell records, it’s absolutely disgusting.”
He also added: “It hurt my family and my daughter. It’s petty. It’s tacky. I just want him to tell me why he did it? What is the creative side of this? What’s the point? It shows no creativity.”
Damon wants an apology from Kanye, as well as a promise to switch out the album’s artwork with a different image.
