For many, many years, there has been an abundance of rumors regarding #MariahCarey’s diva antics. Sorry #lambily, but it looks like actor #WillFerrell had no problem confirming these rumors after experiencing them on the set of his upcoming movie The House. During a visit to Late Night with Seth Meyers, Ferrell revealed that even after arriving almost four hours late that the singer began making crazy demands and even changes to the movie!
“There were … suggestions [from Carey] that weren’t executed,” he said. “She was on our set and yeah, things happened and didn’t happen.” The actor continued, “Let’s just put it this way: At about midnight I got a knock on my trailer that said, ‘You can just go home. We’re not going to get to you,’ Ferrell tells Seth Meyers. “‘But are we still filming?’ ‘We’re still filming.’ And all for naught.” In all, she didn’t make the final cut for the film.
Will Ferrell wasn’t the only person on set who took note of Mariah Carey’s shenanigans. Reno 911 star Cedric Yarbrough took to Facebook in order to give his account of everything that went down:
