In 2016, Priscilla Rainey sued The Game for sexual assault, winning millions in the final judgment. Now, she has reportedly won a second lawsuit against the rapper. This time, she accused him of attempting to hide his wealth to avoid paying her.

According to Radar Online, Priscilla accused Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, of using “shell companies” to hide his assets.

The Game’s Ongoing Legal Issues

Rainey was a former reality TV star on Game’s reality show, ‘She’s Got Game’ in 2015. After the series ended, however, Rainey filed a sexual assault lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he had touched her inappropriately during a date she initially assumed was part of the show.

She alleged that Game had placed “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” The court granted a default judgment because the 44-year-old failed to show up for his scheduled court appearances. He’d been ordered to pay Rainey $7.1 million as compensation.

But her second lawsuit, filed in 2021, claimed that The Game established several “shell companies” strategically to avoid paying the judgment. Her complaint accused him of forfeiting his position as manager of JTT Holdings and putting the company in his manager’s name, Wack 100.

Rainey also struggled to pursue the rapper’s LA home because he no longer owned the property. The complaint revealed that she has so far only received $500,000 and hopes to collect the remaining amount.

The lawsuit further alleges that the sole purpose of creating these essentially empty shell companies was to hide assets and evade legal obligations.

She asked the court to dissolve these corporations to secure her legally owed funds. A trial reportedly took place on December 13, where Wack and Rainey both testified. Wack reportedly told the court Game gave him the house due to a personal debt.

Per Radar, the court had once again ruled in Rainey’s favor. The Game can not use these entities to dodge his obligations and must fulfill the judgment passed against him.

This means The Game’s home, in particular, was restored to his legal ownership, and Rainey can now file a lien against it or get it sold.

Rapper’s Crypto Assets

In June, reports surfaced that Rainey had also attempted to pursue The Game’s crypto assets.

All Hip Hop reports that she discovered the ‘How We Do’ artist had stored some of his cryptocurrency funds under his Coinbase account.

However, crypto assets are decentralized and are not subject to direct government control. This has therefore made them hard to seize or even locate.

It’s unclear whether the court will try to go after his crypto funds.

The Game has not responded to reports on the second judgment.
