<p>&#8220;Get yo sh*t! Get yo sh*t! And GET OUT!&#8221; Y&#8217;all remember that fitted rage that Bernadine threw in Waiting To Exhale when she found that John got his business together and he left her ass for a white girl?!</p>
<p>Well, think about if we could relive some of those same moments again, but in a sequel?! Welp, Loretta Devine has reportedly let the cat out the bag when she sat down with Hollywood Today Live.</p>
<p>She said that a &#8216;Waiting to Exhale 2&#8217; is actually in the works, but since the full cast from the original movie isn&#8217;t here to play in the sequel, production had been halted.</p>
<p>&#8220;Everything happened so quick because Gregory passed and then Whitney passed and it’s like you can’t start a movie with two<br />
funerals and they were like the key characters,&#8221; she continues, &#8220;and so everything just sort of got scattered after that but I think Terry McMillan [the original author] is still trying to make it happen.&#8221;</p>
<p>Although, we will definitely be missing the late Whitney Houston, I&#8217;m sure we still would love to see our other favorite characters like Bernadine, Robin, and Gloria. Davis confessed, &#8220;Oh God, everyone would be on board. Whitney was even like, the last time I talked to her, ‘Oh God I can’t wait. I’m going to get myself together to do this’, and it just didn’t happen.&#8221;</p>
