<p>As a part of the alleged deal, Fulton County District Attorney <strong>Fani Willis</strong> recommended a 20-year sentence for the rapper — 17 of which to be served in prison, according to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/06/10/yfn-lucci-fani-willis-fulton-county-reject-plea-racketeering/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">court documents obtained</a> by <em>TMZ</em>.</p>

<p>The 32-year-old, whose real name is <strong>Rayshawn Bennett</strong>, would have to have pleaded guilty to &#8220;felony murder, racketeering, aggravated assault, and violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act.&#8221;</p>
<p>However, Lucci’s attorneys called the prosecutor&#8217;s offer &#8220;absurd.&#8221;</p>
<p>They accused the D.A. of malingering on purpose to drag out Lucci&#8217;s waiting period to go to trial. He&#8217;s already been incarcerated for 2.5 years, the outlet reports.</p>

<p>Lucci&#8217;s current legal troubles stem from a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/yfn-lucci-surrenders-to-authorities-over-racketeering-case-related-to-gang-activity/?_gl=1*yzqz2m*_up*MQ..*_ga*Mjk0MTE0MTM2LjE2ODY1MjM3MzI.*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4NjU3NDA4OC4yLjAuMTY4NjU3NDA4OC4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener">sweeping 2021 gang indictment</a>, <em><strong>The Shade Room</strong></em> reported at the time.</p>
<p>The rapper is accused of a number of crimes, including being the getaway driver in a deadly gang-related shooting, according to prosecutors.</p>

<p>Two of Young Thung&#8217;s YSL associates reportedly <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/update-prosecutors-claim-young-thugs-associates-worked-to-get-his-permission-to-murder-yfn-lucci-in-jail/?_gl=1*gie992*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTY0NDI3NTQ5My4xNjg2NTc2OTI0*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4NjU3NjkyMy4xLjAuMTY4NjU3NjkyMy4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener">stabbed Lucci in jail</a> after allegedly asking Thug’s permission to make an attempt on Lucci’s life, as reported by <strong><em>The Shade Room.</em></strong></p>
