<p>#JamieFoxx is being accused of slapping his manhood on a woman’s face in Las Vegas back in 2002.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>The woman, who has not been named, told cops last week that she went to a party with a friend at Foxx’s home when he allegedly tried to get her to perform oral sex. The woman claims that when she refused, Foxx hit her in the face with “it.”</p>
<p>She’s just now getting the police involved, because she claims to have gained confidence to speak up after the #MeToo movement took off. However, Foxx is like, #NotMe! He says that the woman’s claims are “absurd” and he’s taking legal action against her!<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>Jamie&#8217;s attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely &; Singer, tells @TMZ_Tv, &#8220;Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman&#8217;s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.&#8221;</p>
<p>She added, &#8220;The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.&#8221;<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>The accuser also told TMZ that she wanted to come forward in case there were other people with similar experiences with Foxx&#8230;</p>
