#Roommates, a Cook County judge has signed off on an order to have police officers inspect #RKellys music studio. According to @Chicagosuntimes, the inspection will take place on January 16th.
R.Kellys attorney reportedly asked for 30 days to comply with the judges order but apparently the judge deemed this to be an emergency motion and is only allowing 5 days to prepare for the inspection.
But get this, the owners of the building are demanding for the search too. Saying they dont even have access to their own building! Apparently, the citys attorney said: Upon information and belief it is being used as a residence and artist workspace specifically as a recording studio in violation of the zoning law.
