<p>Recently, Will sat down with Nischelle Turner over at Entertainment Tonight to dish on the secret to his hot and long-lasting marriage to his wife. One thing is for sure, if you really love someone, you just never give up! &#8220;At the end of the day it’s just not quitting. You can’t expect it to be easy,&#8221; Smith said of his marriage.</p>
<p>Will goes on to say, &#8220;It’s like, our marriage was the most difficult, grueling and excruciating thing that we’ve ever taken on in our lives and we’re just not quitters,&#8221; Smith told ET. &#8220;And by the same token we’re not apathetic. We’re not gonna just sit there and let it be painful. We’re gonna keep working&#8221;&#8230;He better preach!</p>
<p>The actor then goes into revealing his secret on what he thinks made his relationship successful all this time, &#8220;&#8230;and if there is a secret I would say it&#8217;s that we never went into working on our relationship. We only ever worked on ourselves individually and then presented ourselves to one another better than we were previously.&#8221;</p>
<p>So, if we&#8217;re all on the same page here, becoming a better individual optimizes your chance of having a successful relationship&#8211; got it! You can&#8217;t take care of someone else if you can&#8217;t even take care of you!</p>
